Phone Calls

Miss M has taken to talking on her cell phone. She also picks up books and "talks" while she touches the pictures and turns the pages. Just too cute! This isn't the best video, but you get the idea.

Beads

After all of Margaret's gifts were opened and she did her baby inspections, the most popular one is still the Mardi Gras beads. It is the only thing that she will continually play with for many, many, many minutes.

First Birthday Part I

Birthday breakfast in our jammies. One set of grandparents was already here and we were just waiting for the second set to arrive.

Margaret got right into opening presents. We spaced things out throughout the day so she would maintain happy baby. The day went, snacks, present, nap, repeat. On this one the inside gift was a busy box. It was a hit, but no gift (except the balloons) could compare to the mardi gras beads. Hours of play with the beads.

The icing was her favorite part. She ended up really getting into the cake. YUM!

What a fun day! Margaret was an excellent host and gift receiver. She loved her beads, balloons, dolly, busy box, pillow pet and little chair.

Day At the Park

We love going to our local park. Margaret goes down the slide, plays on the bouncy horse and swings. At the same time we throw the ball for Bodhi and pick up rocks. So much fun.

Phone Pictures

Just finally got a bunch of pictures off the cell phone. They range in time, over the past month, but are fun to see. As you can tell it has been cold recently. In one picture she is wearing her new blue dragon fleece from Stacey and Chris. Pictures from playing at the Biltmore and walking by the farm. We'll get video of Miss Margaret walking soon. She is quite good and now chooses it instead of crawling. It's hard to believe we are past the crawling stage.
