Nani's Visit

Wearing a Nani made sweater pondering the meaning of life. (just kidding) We had a super, amazing visit with Nani and are so glad that she came. Over the course of her visit we celebrated Margaret turning 2, went through a snowstorm that dumped 3 feet in 2 days, hikes in the woods, Jumping Bunnies and tons and tons of other fun activities.

Wearing a sweater my Grandmother made for me that now fits Margaret. She chose to pair it with a mini pink corduroy skirt.

Kelcie gave her a tea set for her birthday, we now have tea almost daily.

While Nani was visiting, we had a huge snowfall and received 3 feet of snow in two days. Light and fluffy and so much fun.

Turning 2

Margaret had a wonderful 2nd birthday. On Sunday March 18th it was a cold snowy day and I was inspired to make cupcakes. They came out awesome (zucchini/raisin). Light, fluffy not too sweet with a cream cheese frosting. We invited a few of her favorite people like Katie, Mei, Kellen (their parents) and Stacey and Chris. We played and ate cupcakes. A total laid back, fun afternoon on a snowy Flagstaff day.

Margaret got to Skype with her Gram and Pops while opening some great presents like a little soccer ball and new book. She is an excellent present receiver. :)

On her actual birthday, Nani, Margaret and Mommy went to Jumping Bunnies, ate a special lunch, opened presents and had more visitors. She is such a lucky girl!

For her birthday Margaret got so many amazing gifts. I won't list them all but some are a new sweater from Nani, a tea set from Kelcie, books from Sarah, trucks from Gram and Pops, balloon creation from Stacey and a tutu from Mommy and Daddy.
